Steam Account Linking

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to link your Steam account. You are responsible for ensuring that your Steam account is in good standing and complies with Steam's terms of service.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by Steam against your account, including trade bans, account suspensions, or other restrictions that may affect your ability to use our Service.

Trading and Purchasing CS2 Skins

Skin Ownership

CS2 skins and virtual items available on our Service are licensed by Valve Corporation and are subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items, but instead have a limited license to use them within the CS2 game.

Trading Process

When you purchase a skin through our Service, we will initiate a trade offer through Steam's trading system. You are responsible for accepting the trade offer in a timely manner. We are not responsible for trade offers that expire due to your failure to accept them.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our Service are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Item Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity, condition, and float values of all CS2 skins sold through our Service. However, we cannot guarantee that all details will be 100% accurate, and minor variations may occur. By using our Service, you accept these potential variations.

User Conduct

While using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Harvest or collect user information, including email addresses, without permission
  • Use the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services for any commercial purpose

  • Engage in fraud or misrepresentation related to CS2 skins or transactions

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CS Gaming Hub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CS Gaming Hub.

User Content

By posting, uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any content on our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

CS Gaming Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. CS2, Counter-Strike, and Steam are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CS Gaming Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CS Gaming Hub during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CS Gaming Hub expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CS Gaming Hub makes no warranty that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
